Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Huck Edge, a Huck Investments company, collects when you use our website and subscription service (the "Service"), how we use it, and who we share it with. It's written to describe what this app actually does, not boilerplate — if something below stops being accurate as the Service changes, this page will be updated.

Information We Collect

When you create an account: your name, email address, and password (your password is handled by our authentication provider, Supabase, and we never see or store it in plain text).

When you subscribe: our payment processor, Stripe, collects your payment details directly. We receive and store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status, but never your full card number.

When you use the Service: which picks you track in "My Picks," any support requests you submit through the Support page, and — solely to enforce the one-subscription-per-person limit described in our Terms of Service— a record of your active sign-in sessions (a random session identifier and browser user-agent string, not your precise location or browsing activity elsewhere).

How We Use It

To create and secure your account, process your subscription payments, provide the Service (including showing you the picks you've tracked and your model record), respond to support requests, enforce the device limit against account sharing, and communicate with you about your account or billing. We do not use your personal information to train any AI model, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Who We Share It With

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed for them to do that job:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting for your account and tracked picks.
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
• OpenAI — powers the optional AI Analyst feature (your typed questions about a game are sent to generate an answer) and the daily News Momentum factor (which reads public team news headlines, not any of your personal information).

The Service also pulls public sports data (scores, stats, odds, schedules, news) from sources like The Odds API, ESPN's public API, the MLB Stats API, and nflverse / SportsDataverse — none of these ever receive your personal information; they're one-way data sources the app reads from. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Huck Edge AI, our users, or others.

Cookies & Similar Technology

We use cookies to keep you signed in (set by Supabase) and to enforce the two-device sign-in limit described above. We don't currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. Browser local storage may be used for small per-device conveniences (like a remembered UI preference); it isn't used to track you across sites.

Data Retention & Your Choices

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. There isn't currently a self-serve "delete my account" button — to request that your account and personal information be deleted, or to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, email us at huckinvestments@gmail.com and we'll handle it directly. If applicable law gives you additional rights over your personal information, we'll honor those too.

Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for users 18 and older (see our Disclaimer & Responsible Gaming page). We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.

Security

We rely on reputable, security-conscious providers (Supabase, Stripe, Vercel) and take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. Please use a strong, unique password for your account.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
