Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Huck Edge, a Huck Investments company ("Huck Edge," "we," "us"), governing your access to and use of the Huck Edge website and subscription service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Disclaimer & Responsible Gaming page and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age for sports wagering and gambling-related content in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use of the Service is lawful where you live.

3. What the Service Is

Huck Edge provides statistical models and analysis for MLB, NFL, College Football, NBA, and College Basketball, compared against sportsbook pricing. As explained fully on our Disclaimer & Responsible Gaming page, we are not a sportsbook, do not accept or process wagers, and nothing on the Service is a guarantee of any outcome. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make, including any wagers you place elsewhere, based on information from the Service.

4. Your Account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

One subscription is for one person. Accounts may not be shared, sold, transferred, or used by more than one individual. To help enforce this, the Service technically limits each account to two signed-in devices at a time; signing in on a third device signs the oldest one out. We may suspend or terminate accounts we reasonably believe are being shared or used in violation of this section.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or yearly, depending on the plan you choose) through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings or the Stripe billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll keep access until then. We don't store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. We may change subscription pricing going forward; if we do, we'll give you notice before it applies to your next billing cycle.

6. Acceptable Use

In addition to not sharing your account (Section 4), you agree not to: scrape, copy, republish, or resell model output or any other content from the Service; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying methodology of our models beyond what we voluntarily disclose on the Algorithm Lab page; interfere with or disrupt the Service or attempt to access it through automated means outside normal use; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its models, design, text, and branding, is owned by Huck Edge / Huck Investments and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any ownership rights — just a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service while your subscription is active, subject to these Terms.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any model output will be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sports Edge AI and Huck Investments won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including gambling losses — arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms — including the account- sharing restriction in Section 4.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Huck Investments is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
